Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
In this document the following words shall have the following meanings:
"Customer" means any person who purchases Goods and Services from the Supplier
"Supplier" means Professional CV Services

"Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions of supply set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Supplier;
2. General
2.1
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of Goods and Services by the Supplier to the Customer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer.
2.2
Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Supplier.
2.3
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall prejudice any condition or warranty, express or implied, or any legal remedy to which the Supplier may be entitled in relation to the Goods and Services, by virtue of any statute, law or regulation.
2.4
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Customer's statutory rights as a Consumer.
3. The Order
3.1
The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions by placing an order with the Supplier.
4. Price and Payment
4.1
The price for our Services is as specified on the price and payment page for a PDF version of your CV.
All our CV's as standard are sent as PDF documents.
To covert to word documents there is a additional charge from £40
4.2
If the issuer of the Customer's card refused to authorise payment, the Supplier is not liable for any delay or non delivery of any the Goods and Services. The Supplier is not obliged to inform the Customer of the refusal.
5. Delivery
5.1
The date of delivery specified by the Supplier is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and the Supplier shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly by any delay in the delivery of the Services.
5.2
All risks in the Services shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
5.3
Completed orders will be dispatched by email or post depending on customer request.
5.4
The Customer should allow 7 working days from the date of dispatch for any Goods and Services to arrive in the UK. 14 working days for Europe and 21 days for elsewhere in the world. If this time has passed the Customer has not received the Goods and Services, they should contact their local Post Office to ensure that the delivery is not being held for them. If the Post Office confirm that no delivery is being held for them, then the Supplier will arrange a replacement, providing they are informed of the non delivery within 22 days of the dispatch date.
5.5
The Supplier cannot accept liability for late delivery.
5.6
The Supplier cannot accept liability for any importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at delivery destinations outside of the EU.
6. Customer's Obligations
To enable the Supplier to perform its obligations the Customer shall:
6.1
co-operate with the Supplier;
6.2
provide the Supplier with any information reasonably required by the Supplier;
7. Supplier's Obligations
8.1
The Supplier warrants that the Services will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the Supplier.
7.2
The Supplier will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care and to a reasonable standard in accordance with recognised standards and codes of practice.
7.3
The customer has upto 3 working days, after sending payment to send the information required to create the CV. If the customers sends the information requested by the supplier after 3 -4 working days, they will have to pay 50% extra for the supplier to complete the CV. If the customer sends the information after one month they will have to purchase the full CV/ application again.
8.Refund policy does not apply to Goods which are "made to the consumer's specifications and are clearly personalised" and therefore does not apply to the Goods and Services provided by the Supplier.
(We do not refund money) as CV's are bespoke item/ personalised item and they can't be sold to anyone else.

The supplier reserves the right to terminate a contract due to offensive behaviour from a Customer. Offensive behaviour is defined as aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff.
10. CV Production
10.1
All CVs are produced based on information provided by the Customer. The Supplier will not be held liable for any misrepresentation arising from false or dishonest information being supplied.
10.2
Production of a CV by the Supplier does NOT guarantee an interview.
10.3
All requested amendments to a draft CV, must be in writing, either by email or post within 24 hours of receiving the CV. Any changes required after 24 hours will be charged from £23 - £200 (The actual cost for the changes/ editing of the cv will depend on the changes required)
10.4
Once the Customer has confirmed acceptance of the CV, they are taking responsibility for all the information provided on the CV. Once accepted the Supplier cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information on the document.
11. limitation of liability
11.1
The Supplier shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the Customer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price for the Goods and Services.
11.2
The Supplier shall not be liable under any circumstances to the Customer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the Customer howsoever caused, as a result of negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise.
11.3
For the avoidance of doubt, time shall not be of the essence and the Supplier shall incur no liability to the Customer in respect of any failure to complete the Services by any agreed completion date.
12. Force Majeure
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
13. Severance
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
14. limitation of liability
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
14.1 If we have a one day special offer and you purchase the CV at the discounted price, we expect you to send your CV and info on the same day as the offer. If you send the CV / info late then you will have to pay the difference in price of the CV as per current price.
15. We do not refund money. However we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee - this means we will re-do your CV until you are happy with the CV.Providing you send us the changes you require by email for the CV/App form/Cov Letter, within 24 hours of completion.
16.Once a CV is completed - we will makes any changes required free of charge, providing those changes are sent to us by email within 24 hours of CV completion email. After that, you have to pay to have any CV changes made.
17. Your information will only be used for the purpose of your CV and then will be removed from our system.
18. Your CV will be sent to you by email as a PDF File. We do not send CV's as word format. If this is your requirement, it can be done for an additional cost of £40
19. Our business address can change without being updated on the website. Please always email us and do not send anything by post.
20. There is no fact finding session over the telephone for medical cv's and existing CV's, as information is normally requested by email only. There is no telephone consultation for any basic CV's.
21. Once an order is placed the custoemr can't cancel the order, as we start the work immediately.
22. If you do not receive your CV by post or email within 7 working days of placing an order, please email us immediately so we can send you a copy by post or email asap.
Please note: if we have completed your CV and sent this by email or post and we do not hear from you within 24 hours of completion, we will normally delete your information.
23. Please only order your CV, if you are sure you require the CV as we do not refund money.
24. If a client/customer decides to take the supplier to court, the supplier will have to appoint a solictor and pay court fees, the charges for the court fees or legal represetative will be passed on to the customer and will have to be paid by the customer.
